An administrator admitted after about 10 minutes.

2 weeks ago, on 06/06/2022, that administrator asked in the administrator channel why this floating TNT was still here since he had already broken and removed the command block. But no one cares about that.

After 2 months, on 09/08/2022, another governor said he had already broken this TNT 8000 times, but it still kept spawning, and that admitted administrator had no idea where the command block was. Thus, the governor places one more command block that sets the location of the block to air, hoping they can fight each other.

On 16 October 2023, a governor dumped of command block's command around populated areas, but worryingly could not find the command block for that TNT. An administrator pushed up the message that is on 23/05/2022, a governor was surprised at that time and said "If follow the message, I think that command block is located near Aberdeen station ", but regrettably, it's probably not near Aberdeen.

2 days later, there was good news, a governor found the command block of the TNT, there is located in the male toilet of Shenshui station(abandoned a year ago), and the case of floating TNT is reaching its end.
