Misato City Tram Route 1 is a tram route of the Misato City Tram.

Route 1 is operated out of Otaki Light Rail Depot using 2-car trams. As the Otaki-SMRT Misato section runs in the centre of the road with Island platforms, this route is run as a seperate line to all the others using RHT trams. This route has a 2 minute frequency, the highest of all the routes.
