On 23/05/2022, a governor noticed a random command block on spawn and asked in the administrator channel who put it. An administrator admitted the action after about 10 minutes.
2 weeks ago, on 06/06/2022, that administrator asked in the administrator channel why this floating TNT was still here since he already had broken and removed the command block. But no one cared about that.
After 2 months, on 09/08/2022, another governor said that he had already broken the same TNT multiple times, but it kept respawning, and the administrator that placed the TNT block had no idea where the command block was. Thus, he placed another command block that sets the location of the block in the air, hoping that the command blocks went into contrast with each other.
On 16 October 2023, a governor dumped the command block's command around populated areas, but worryingly could not find the command block for that TNT.
