Harmony Rail Transit (Lamtsu) was established in 1984 in Lamtsu to construct and operate Harmony Rail Transit lines in non-Joban Hon Kwong Province. HRT Lamtsu is the primary rail operator in Lamtsu Capital City after the takeover of
