The Lamtsu Region is the region of Joban just south of Central Joban, and consists of the Fung Yuen, Ome, Iwate, Haebaru, Shuto, Lamtsu, Yokohama and Chuo prefectures. The region contains the Lamtsu Capital City, which is the 2nd most populous city in the region (by official counts, the Lamtsu Capital City only consists of the 16 Wards, totalling to 7 million. However, the total population of the Lamtsu Region is significantly higher than central Joban's, at 25 million.

The region borders Central Joban to the north, Ngo Tin to the west and, Grundorf to the North-East.
