Schematics
From The District of Joban
Schematics are sort of a template of a region of block data that you can import into your world via WorldEdit, MCEdit, Schematica depending on the format.
This means for example, one can convert their buildings into schematics and release it online for download, then other people may import such buildings to their own world. With slight modification it is a very effective way to build scenery around routes.
