The Seiyo Main Line is a railway line in Sorano operated by Harmony Rail Transit (Lamtsu) and Harmony Rail Transit (Joban) The line officially and as of now begins at Nagatoro, just outside the borders of the Lamtsu Capital City, but following the opening of the Seiyo and Lamtsu Main Line extensions, the line will start service at Misato and end at Ming-Yuet. Attempts to negotiate through services with the Capital East Line have been largely unsuccessful.

The line derives it's name from the ancient prefecture of Seiyo, which is now a part of the Hon Kwong Province.
