Hikawa Station is a railway station in Otaki, Lamtsu Capital City, operated by Harmony Rail Transit (Lamtsu) and Lamtsu Metro.

Lines

Hikawa Station is served by the Yamate Line at ground level and the Lamtsu Metro Yurakucho Line at the sub-surface level. The Misato City Tram used to serve this station until the cuts of 2010.

History

The station opened in 1945, as part of the original Yamate Line. The station platforms were upgraded to their current form in 1992, with the original brick front designed by British Engineer Stephen Hatt. A lift was installed in 1997 to the Yurakucho Line platforms, and one in 2022 to the Yamate Line platforms.
