JCM:Resources Reload

This page documents the procedure when an resource reload occurs.

1. Read jsblock:joban_custom_resources.json if found.
2. Ignore (Along with a warning in console) if the json doesn't have pids_images.
3. Get pids_images as an array, and loop through it:
   1. Get the ID of the pids preset
   2. Get weather visibility
   3. Get clock visibility
   4. Get if having custom text should push down arrivals. (Default false)
   5. Get fonts
   6. Get font color
   7. Get row visibility (Array)
   8. Get Background Image.
   9. Do not add if ID already exist
   10. Parse font color
