Misato High Street is a major road in the Lamtsu Capital City, linking Misato City to Lamtsu City. The road runs from the CIE (Cross Island Expressway) in Obaira, when it diverges shortly after the Misato Station at Misato, splitting into the Mihara Road and Fukaaura Road, 2 major roads. The road starts at Nanshibashi in Lamtsu, passing through Ginza and Yurakucho, and then in Misato-Chuo and Sasaguri.
Misato High Street is the oldest road in Misato and Lamtsu, having been a part of the Nankaido since the 14th century. It was built as an extension of the Nankaido from the north of Mihara, which follows the rough route of the Mihara Line from Mihara to Misato.
