Twilight (星光) was the name of a high-speed Shinkansen service running on the Seiyo Shinkansen from Central South to Lamtsu. Faster than the all-stations Twinkle but slower than the superexpress Galaxy, this is the fastest train on the network that may stop at Tai Hing or Fung Yuen. All seats on this service are non-reserved.

The services are arranged in order of frequency. Twilight 05 only runs during the Hakone Tea Festival, replacing Twilight 02 services for the 2 week period, each service running for 2 of the other. As of September 2022, Twilight 06 Services have been withdrawn.
In 2023, Twilight services were withdrawn.
